I don't think he really coaches anyway. I think he's just there for moral support. Hell he don't even wear a headset

you get the feelin' the man just helps recruit the players and when they get there he strolls in from time to time showing his coffee buddies around campus and then gripes at 'em like and old grandfather for wearing thuggish clothes to school, then goes out for a round of golf while they're still practicing...

some of the best do not wear headsets because they have hired men they trust to to their jobs as OC's and DC's.
