then you need to check out Microsoft's new Virtual Earth program. You can access it from local.live.com and then choose to download the 3D Beta program on the left side of the screen. So far, they have mapped Dallas and 13 other cities. Here is a picture of my friends office building in far north Dallas. This would have never been mapped on Google Earth.

I thought I was the only one who sat around and played on local.live all day! I love it! I don't like google earth, it makes my computer crash everytime I try to use it. :D :D :D

have you tried the new beta??? If you turn the settings up to the highest resolution where it shows building definition then it can slow down your computer some.

dude at work used to look at that all damn day... he found these really small islands in the south pacific or something... looked like a couple of houses and a little road on one... he's like "who would want to live there, the guy on this side of the island could fart and the dude on the other side could smell it"...
