Ok - to make you happy, next week lets see if they'll put Denny Crane as an option :D (hopefully BL will be on next week - darn elections messed it up this week)

exactly...I would say that the performances of Kinne and Woodard were IMO more impressive.

I voted for the Defensive kid. I think Kyles stats were very very good. It is easy to say homer but is this the first time we have had a Gobbler in the final voting? They have had several nominated i know but i am not sure how many have made it out of regional voting.

There all deserving but 15 tackles and a 71 yard int return for a touchdown isnt exactly an all world performance but no disrespect to that player i just dont think it was the best game in class 3a for this week. I think there are guys who deserve it who never get nominated bc no posters are from where they play.

I think there are guys who deserve it who never get nominated bc no posters are from where they play.

We cant or actually wont scan all he papers to get nominations. There are some people that do that for their aea and it is greatly appreciated but I refuse to do it. If someone hears or sees a performance they think is worthy then they need to nominate it.

It is the 3ADOWNLOW player of the week award, correct? It should be representative of the posters of the 3adownlow. Which it is. I like the format. I think Injured had a great idea and I think he has done a great job of implementing it. Has the idea changed over the course of the season a little, sure. It has been refined to it's current state. I think it hits most of the areas of the state.

It's pretty much a homer vote each week, but who cares...I'm sure the only thing on Kinne's mind right now is winning a state championship in the middle of December and not whether or not he won a player of the week award. :)

true that JR...all of the players were worthy of this award, and if Noack has more fans on here, well then, that just gives props to the cuero people for loving their high school football.

I voted for the Canyon kid... wanted to take my vote back and vote for the defensive guy though...

No disrespect to Kyle, I'm glad he won it, just thought those other two performances were very impressive in close games...
