"Polls" are closed. :D Once the "official" results are in, one of us will take it down.


An interesting note from where I voted. Two precints vote there....one of the two ran out of ballots about 6:45. They said that today was a record turnout for that precint. :eek:

I voted in Sweetwater this morning and wore mine all the way to Columbus, Mississippi!!! The pilot from DFW to Birmingham thought it was cool.

on the San Antonio TV stations @ 7:00 pm they were showing lots of folks in line waiting to vote - they indicated that the folks in line @ 7:00 pm could still vote but those walking up to get in line were turned away........ No matter how the voting turns out, it was nice to see people getting out and voting - in the past few elections, there seemed to be alot of voter apathy
