The Massey Ratings have the strongest 3A districts rated as follows:

1 3A III-18
2 3A III-17
3 3A I-7
4 3A III-23
5 3A I-6
6 3A III-19
7 3A I-8
8 3A III-21
9 3A I-5
10 3A III-20

Six of the Top Ten are in Region III (that's 6 out of the total 8 districts) and the remaining four are the bottom half of Region I (Districts 5,6,7 and 8). The 3rd round playoff games in Region I should be interesting to see as all 3 matchups will pit District 1-4 teams against District 5-8 teams.

The sad thing is that since all of those districts are knocking each other out in the first two rounds, only a maximum of 9 teams total in both playoff divisions combined can possibly make it to the 3rd round out of all 10 of those districts combined.

24 of the top 32 rated teams according to Massey this past week are from one of those top 10 districts

Rediculous! Region III is it's own worst enemy

This proves my point about Cuero....

They are a Great Team with Great Tradition but Region 3 Teams beat each other up in earlier rounds, where Cuero doesn't play anybody and are ready for battle when the later rounds happen...

Region 4 is pretty doggone weak...
