What I don’t understand is why people make a big deal if they lose. So what if Sinton plays Cuero and loses. Big deal. I love Pirate high school football. But they are going to lose sooner or later. The way I see it is if they lose in the first round, it saves me money for Christmas shopping. when was the last time a south texas team didnt finish with a loss:thinking: A successful year is making the playoffs and Sinton has made it already anything extra is icing on the cake.

They have great tradition, BUT...tradition will have little effect in this matchup I suspect. I'm just saying that I think this year Ingleside happens to have a better team. Will it stay that way? I always back the Mustangs, except when they play Sinton. I support all of the local teams except when they play Sinton. This little trash talk is just fun and games to me. i would have to agree with this with the exceptions of the name calling, you are wanting for Sinton fans to admit that Ingleside is better than Sinton when the game hasnt been played and we Sinton fans still feel our players will not lay down and let the Mustangs win this game. we feel this team has battled thru getting the offense going and getting people healthy again and it has slowly come together but we feel this Sinton team will come out victorious when this game is said and done. Now after the game if by some miracle the mustangs win, then if we dont give praise for a good win by ya'll Mustangs then complain about it:)

just some adjustments the pirates coaching did to stop the pass but just went to last years game posting and wow what a game it was, had forgotten how good that was, but the coaching did some adjustment in the 4th Qrt that made a difference, i dont know if u were at that game so u might not had seen it.

I dont know about that Sinton94. If I were a coach, I would base all of my decisions on what is written on this board. I would be a coach that would have the pulse of the people.

And to that guy that was doggin me about doggin a few of his coaches...I speak from what I know firsthand. I aint makin up no lies. But I will drop the deal about bad mouthing your staff. When your character is called into question in a public forum, that's reason enough to respond. Whether you want to believe it or not, the things people say on a public forum affect the opinions of people across the entire state of Texas.

Whether it was intended or not, this is the WORLD WIDE web, and when you say something on here it can be read by anyone, anywhere. There's absolutely no reason not to respond.

And to think that what you say on this forum doesn't affect the opinions of others (especially those that don't live around the area) is naive at best. Kids get suspended from school for posting stuff on their Myspace page. Why wouldn't lies about a coach be treated in kind?

And think about it this way, someone on the Downlow says that Coach so-and-so made out with some 16-year-old student. Let's say for a second that someone else says he heard the same thing.

If the administration hears about it, they immediately investigate. Then newspapers get their hand on the story and that coach's reputation is shot... even if it was false.

So I have no idea why you wouldn't take the stuff said on the biggest 3A football forum in Texas seriously. But hey, that's just me.

It was the last year coach Davis was here and an Ingleside kid was kicked out of the game in the fourth quarter for kicking a player way after the play was over. It got so bad that they had to warn the Ingleside bench to get control of their kids or they were going to call the game.

That's a negative sir. They don't broadcast Sinton games anymore, and I've already checked the newspaper and there is no broadcast at all for tonights game. My only excuses so far is, "I forgot to get a bag of ice" at around 8:30-8:45 and "Who wants ice cream?" at around 9:30-9:45. :D

Not that I know of. The only designated spot is the M&G spot. That is outside of the stadium on the west end where the visitor band buses park.
