It is complete except for the first game on Sept. 1 which is still pending. All the games are on Saturday except the Texas A&M game which is scheduled to be on Friday, Nov. 23 at 2:30 P.M. The starting times for the other games are pending.

Here is the schedule.

09/01 To Be Anounced

09/08 TCU (We get to see Aransas Pass's Bobby Blake play
for TCU)

09.15 at Central Florida (Always dangerous. Have played
several bigger schools and have
done well. Plus the game is in
Florida. Dangerous indeed.)

09/22 Rice (An improving team. Risky business.)

09/29 Kansas State (a top team in the past. Scary).

10/06 Oklahoma in Dallas (Sooners will be mad)

10/13 at Iowa State (In Iowa  Most fearsome
indeed).

10/20 at Baylor [with Bill Bradly coaching that defense and
that QB from Gilmer (Canton) there makes it
fearsome. Plus it is in Waco! :(]

10/27 Nebraska (very rough. Thank goodness it is in Austin)

11/03 at Oklahoma State ( no comment needed. Plus in OK!!)

11/10 Texas Tech (No comment needed. Thank goodness in
Austin but still dangerous)

11/23 at Texas A&M (Very dangerous and the Aggie QB will
be a junior. Plus at College Station)

A tough schedule indeed.

i dont think it is any tougher than this yrs. colt mccoy will have an entire yr under his belt by then. i do understand why you need to be concerned. rice should be improved, baylor is scary when they are throwing successfully, a&m always plays tough, texas tech is scary, nebraska ought to be much better, OU should be better if peterson returns healthy, if he returns that is.....yeah but i dont see ohio state on that schedule.

i dont know how you figure this will be a tough schedule for texas, i mean half of the games that have been close this year are due to inexperience (nebraska, tech, first of baylor,) and i'd even go to say that if texas played Ohio State again next year they could take em' with colt mccoy having a year under his belt and texas's secondary having all of their players playing with another year under their belt. I do think that you should never look past anybody, but come on this looks like the schedule from three years ago where texas would have gone undefeated if the could have beat OU, which they can now.

After the way week 1 went this year, I would bet that Mack schedules a patsy to pad stats.

Week 1 this year was a 49 point victory.
