The best upset I've witnessed was when Tech upset Texas in 2002. It was sweet.

I don't know if this was a big upset but in 1940 Texas A&M was the defending NC and were favored to beat Texas and get invited to the Rose Bowl. Texas had a good team that year also and got to be 8 - 2 and had great teams in 1941 and 1942 but the Aggies had won 19 straight games. Texas had already lost two games but as I pointed out were good. Texas pulled the upset 7 - 0. Strange saying that UT upset the Aggies. It has happened but usually UT is the favorite and the upset is the other way around.
