He is probably telling him about the play clock which refs tell the qb's all the time to watch the play clock.

refs do it all the time bc it speeds up the game. they dont want to flag u 7 times for delay of game. just like the side judge will tell the reciever to bac up or move forward to get onside or have a legal formmation

this was during the game were the play clock had more time than the game clock and he was just telling colt that he did not have to take a snap if he wanted the game clock to end the quarter.

every Aggie i ever asked about calling us tu always said it was because they were the bigger school. Now they all use some other excuse because we are the single largest campus int he country student wise. Whats the reason now?

There were three blondes at the University of Texas. The Dean gave them the job of measuring the height of the new flagpole.

So they put the flag pole in the base and are then on ladders trying to measure the flagpole.

Finally an architect walks by and sees they are having trouble so he takes the pole out of the ground and lays it down and pulls out his tape measure and measures the pole.

He writes the measurement on a piece of paper and walks away.

The blondes look at each other and say "Just like those damn architects give us length when we wanted height.
