With a 1 point win over Orange Grove the Mustangs (3-0) head into this game at the #1 Spot in District 30-3A. West Oso (1-2), pulling out a victory against Aransas Pass, is trying to keep there playoff chances alive. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas about this game. From what I hear West Oso has 2 stud RB's.

I picked OG last week and was wrong. I will not make that mistake again. Ingleside will win this game

I'd like to say West Oso will make a game of this, but you just never know which team is gonna show up!! I think Ingleside just has to much fire power for Oso. Ingleside by 21.

If Ingleside wins this one, they get no less than a share of the district title.

I'll take Ingleside by 20.

it was our offense that kept OG in the game last week. if we can cut down on turnovers we can beat them easily. by the way, our db's have some good speed too. us by 3 td's.

They have a very mobile QB and 2 stud RBs. Their RBs, Shedrick Harris and Gerald Lewis, if given a chance, will take it to the house. They lack depth... i believe they have less than 25 players suited up... QB PJ Lopez splits time with QB WIll Tortorello. Through 7 games...

Passing
PJ Lopez - 25 for 58 for 375 passing.

Rushing
Gerald Lewis 86-448 -- 8 TDs
Shedrick Howard 82--607 -- 4 TDs
P.J. Lopez 57--231 -- 4 TDs
Gene Edwards 25--174 -- 2 TDs
David Castillo 12--125 -- 2 TDs

Sounds like if they had more depth they could be a contender.

You're not lying. I always said that if those kids that walk the hallways would rally around that football team and get excited for them, they'd be more of a power in football than they are in hoops, scary as that may be.

Seen Ingleside this year, Ingleside should take this one. They just need to focus on this game and not be looking to the game with Sinton.

Ingleside is gonna walk all over West Oso. The only howling coming from those pairs will be from the pain the Mustangs are gonna put ont them. Ingleside by 21. :D

I have to add this thread, we started out awful, but pulled through this game. But would like to say West Oso coaches should be proud of their team, they were very competative and sportsman like. They might not have won but I believe if they would have more depth to this team they could have done some real damage. Good Luck to them in future. Well mannered young men.
