Absolutely awesome job Pirates. What a terrific group of fans, and young men. You were definately the opponent we have waited for all season. I'm glad we got to know you like this...we'll be watching out for you for sure! See you next year- same bracket- same time?

Sinton posters.....that was one heck of a football game! The outcome was on the fence rail until very near the end. Looked as if some Burnet players may need help getting up to go to church Sunday. Both sides were hitting VERY hard and kept on a coming til the very end. No doubt Burnet has a very formidable foe next week. Congrats on a great bunch of young men and supporters (that was the largest fan base Burnet has been faced with this year). Does anyone know a rough head count (the stadium holds 14-15 thousand I'm told).

I too want to chime in with my thanks for the kind words. I am very proud of my town and my team. We always try very hard to win or lose with class. Sinton as a community has always believed that it's not enough to just win, either way, it has to be with class, or what is the point? Good luck to the Burnet Bulldogs and fans. God bless you and keep you safe.

Our thanks to you younger guys that had to be thrown into the fire this year. Thank you for your dedication and continuing efforts. You did your best(and it was quite good), and as for me and most of the Sinton fans, we would have no right to ask any more of you. Your post here shows the kind of class our town and school is most proud of. And by the way, welcome to the classiest football board in the State.

I have always thought that the Sinton Community and Ball teams were an example of good Sportsmanship. Sorry that you lost, but you went to the 3rd round, a lot of team never get even that far. Eight Playoff games in two years is an admirable record. Best of luck in baseball this year, also.

I thought the same of the Bellville team and fans last year and again with the Burnet team and fans this year. Sure is nice to see the respect all these kids deserve.
Sinton as usual you showed what this town is really all about. Home of Champions win or lose!

Good luck Burnet! We're behind you!
