SUNDAY MORNING AT 2 A.M.

If you go to bed earlier you can set them back one hour then.

Thanks Phil, I was completely oblivious to this. If it weren't for you, I would be an hour ahead of everyone else, and that just wouldn't be good.

For leap year they should move them back 2 hours so I can get even more sleep.

Anyone know how the satellite TV systems and DVR's handle this? I have a DVR set up to record the Idaho-Hawaii game that starts at midnight. I have the Dish receiver set to tune to that channel from midnight to 4A. I have the DVR set to record from midnight to 4 A. I assume this is enough because even if they do the time change, when it is 4A it will really be 3A so maybe the machine will keep going?

what kind of receiver is it? You should be fine - don't you go to the program guide and pick the program you want to record?

Sweet! :)

I've never been smart enough to understand time change. One year I called the operator in the middle of the night to ask what I was supposed to do. I figured the operator would already be up and probably wouldn't have much better to do than answer my questions.

I just showed up 2hrs late for work because I partied all night at a Halloween costume party, forgot to change my clock, and thought I had the day off.

Most DVR's make the change automatically. Shouldn't be a problem at all.

.
I was watching an hour long show last night on Direct TV. It listed the show to start at 1 AM and ended at 1 AM.
