This year is supposed to be a bad year.

You know, I don't think I've got a flu shot since I was in HS. At some point in HS I told my dad that I didn't want one that year. Haven't got one since.

I hate needles.

I've still never got the flu *knock on wood*.

I have never gotten a flu shot not even when i was pregnant. I dont like shots, i can stand giving blood but not shots.. i probably should get it this year though.. i always seem to come down with one big cold that keeps me feelin like crap for a few months off and on!

Yeah I will admit its weird.. I can deal with it but I hate them... its really hard to watch a baby get shots.. it will break your heart.. taylor had like 4 (2 in each leg) everytime we went to the doctor.. i know its for the best for her but i felt sorry for her! lol

I called HEB in Alice today and scheduled an appointment for 9am November 4th. I know, I know, I should have done it sooner.

Talena, I just did that yesterday with my grandbaby. She had 5 shots. Poor little thing. But she didn't cry much thank goodness.

Well congratulations! I'm having sooo much fine with my granddaughter. I just got back from visiting them. She just turned six months old. She's a big girl! 18 lbs 6 oz, 26.5 inches long. She had her first food besides breast milk yesterday. Some rice cereal. And she loved it. She was grabbing at the bowl and spoon and leaning forward to get her cereal.

Make sure and let us all know when he/she arrives and we expect pictures of course!

LOL! Thank you Luv but we plan and hope to wait a while since the boys are only 15 and 13. What I meant was we are getting our flu shots on Nov 3. :)
