From Houston Chronicle article Wednesday:

Lufkin High Head Coach John Outlaw said:
"He's the most amazing big athlete I've ever coached. I've got 6 of them in the NFL right now, & he's the most amazing athlete I've ever coached."

Says a lot coming from such a storied program like Lufkin. 6 in the NFL currently is amazing too.

Some may kid about his weight, but the sophomore J-Train has great feet, balance, vision, & last week made a one-handed catch on 4th & 13 to save the game on final drive in regulation. BTW, he's leading the country in TDs with 16 rushing scores.

Now if only A&M had a decent defense! I know they have improved from 107th nationally overall last year, but still not close to elite like the Wrecking Crew days of athletes everywhere.

Are you from Cuero? Just wondering - with Cody Wallace & LaTreal Cooper there now - how come you hate A&M? Childhood thing, work related, etc.?

Don't get me wrong, we all have a right to an opinion & I respect that. Just curious...

No, not at all. I was just wondering - honest! Please understand I was not trying to start anything. We've all had enough of that stuff.

You're either one or the other as the old saying goes! I certainly know this from experience. My family has both believe me, & some other schools too for good measure. If we were all rooting for the same school it sure would be boring IMO.

Sounds like our families are similar. I am way outnumbered at Thanksgiving & the last few years have not been too fun!

Red Bryant made a big one last week when he blocked the PAT to end the game!

My buddy used to be Red's academic advisor @ A&M & speaks very well of him. Said he is a quality kid & leader.
