Here is how I think things will shake down..

Div I

Borger vs Brownfield
Snyder vs Monahans
Graham vs Clyde
Lake Dallas vs Everman

Div II
Perryton vs Lubbock Cooper
Sweetwater vs Kermit
Vernon vs Brady
Decatur vs Venus
Dalhart vs Littlefield
Merkel vs Midland Greenwood
Ballinger vs Iowa Park
Kennedale vs Sanger

Everything looks pretty good to me, except Clyde. I just cant see Wylie missing the playoffs!

Sanger? Looks like Little Elm or Bridgeport has the inside track, not Sanger. Of course 7 3 A is so tight Decatur may be D I instead of D II. Things are just too crazy right now in that district.

I'm still pullin' for Muleshoe to beat Lubbock Cooper.

I agree with Clyde as D1...they will beat Early and Comanche and end the season at 3-2. Abilene Wylie will beat Brady but lose to Ballinger and wind up 3-2. In the 1st District game, Clyde beat Wylie 17-7 and that means Clyde is D1.....but who knows....anything can happen in a fairly balanced district.

I wonder how the tie breaker is set up in that district? In most cases if Wylie and Clyde both came down to 3-2, Clyde would make it due to the head to head victory, right?

Bad news for your predictive ability, Matt328 -- the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal predicts Cooper to win 35-6 over Muleshoe. They are ALWAYS wrong. There's still time for you to change your mind, and hop on da Mule Train!! :D

Wylie last missed the playoffs in 1993 per Collier-Sharp.

Wylie missed the playoffs in 1993 and before that it was 1989....and it wont be this year
