October 30
Tech (3-2) beats Texas (4-1)
Baylor (4-1) beats A&M (3-2)

November 4
Tech (4-2) beats Baylor (4-2)
A&M (4-2) beats Oklahoma (3-2)**doesn't really matter

November 11
Tech (5-2) beats Oklahoma (3-3)
A&M (5-2) beats Nebraska***doesn't really matter

November 18
Tech (6-2) beats OK State

November 24
A&M (6-2) beats Texas (6-2)

That leaves the Big XII South looking like this:

Tech 6-2 (beat Texas, A&M)
A&M 6-2 (beat Texas, lost Tech)
Texas 6-2 (lost to Tech, A&M)

thus...Tech goes to the Big XII title game and only has to beat Mizzou or Nebraska to make the Fiesta Bowl. Just imagine...Tech vs Boise State. After the Utah vs Pitt matchup 2 years ago...I think the Fiesta Bowl organizers might be jumping out of their suites if they got stuck with this matchup!

Yeah. If A&M wins out...then the game vs Texas is for the Big 12 South title. Kinda crazy to think about...
