Alright guys who is it? I think its between the 05 Gobblers or the 88 Panthers. No denying the talent that the 05 guys showed last year. One of the most amazing performences i have ever seen. But its hard to go against the 88 panthers. They lead that team to fame. Without them there is no Friday Night Lights.

A flag runner? Nobody goes to the games to watch the flag runners.....You notice the only time they get to do anything is when the football team scores a touchdown or does something extraordinary.

And nobody would notice if they did or did not exist.....Sure, they're cool and all, but you don't talk crap to another school saying, "Yeah, well, our FLAG RUNNERS are better than yours."

YOU'RE right, I am, what of it? I'm just glad that I played football on Friday nights instead of running those flags...

I will give tribute to the flag runners, everyone that I saw had a lot of spirit, so I have to give them that. The Blue Man Crew from Rockdale last year would get painted up and had shakers. Still, you can't dispute who had the best flag runners.

At the risk of sounding like a dumpfbacke, what exactly is a flag runner?

Trust me, if you see Mojo's 7th Flag Over Texas Flag running down the field, you would understand....

I must say that the flag runners at SLC really know how to get those flags moving. That definitely factored into their MNC titles in the past few years.

they hold the team flag and run out before/with the team at the beginning of the game
