I liked that they bumped WVU ahead of Auburn. As much as I love the Tigers, the Mountaineers got jobbed in last week's rankings.

I like that USC is 3rd and of course that Texas moved up 2 spots. ;)

So, since Ohio State and Michigan play during the season, I think it would be a safe bet that one of those two teams will not be playing for the championship. USC plays #23 Oregon, #10 California, and #9 Notre Dame. I think they'll lose one of those 3. If not, I see them playing in the championship game. West Virginia plays Louisville next week, but after that they have an easy schedule. Things don't look too bad for Texas, although they need a couple of teams ahead of them to lose.

I'm glad they moved up 2 spots, it would've been great to see UCLA & Washington pull out those games.
#7 isn't bad. Just like the "Jeffersons" we're moving on up!!!!!

I think USC should actually be number 7. This is not the USC of last year by any means.

USC has looked very suspect the past couple of weeks. I don't think they will run the table.

That's true. The only ranked team that Texas has left to play is #21, A&M.

The move of Michigan is to create interest when they play Ohio State.
