From what I hear, Palacions will be fighting for the 3rd playoff spot between themselves and probably Goliad. That is if the APaches don't get it going.

victoria reported gonzales leading goliad 43-0 in the 4th.

I don't know what the final was, but Gonzales was beating Goliad 20 something to 0 at halftime. That probably puts Cuero division two. As for the game, Cuero does just what it needs to. We could have thrown the ball and scored whenever we wanted to, but our coach doesn't do that. So when you see the final score, don't let that fool you. Our coach will not run up the score. He works in other players to help us down the stretch. Also, we did have seven players in street clothes on the sideline, six are starters. I think we get all back but one in a couple of weeks.

He showed what Cuero could have done all night when we got the ball with 57 second's left till halftime at our 40

3 passes and a td in 27 second's :D

the shotgun snaps looked terrible. two of the three plays cuero's qb was having to stretch out for them. is it really that hard to throw a football between ur legs 5 yards and hit a guy in his numbers? geez.

jacquizz and james are freaks of nature. jacquizz, the tailback, rushed for over 2000 yds and 35 tds last season....as a sophomore. james is the leading reciever this yr and he has like 5 or 6 INT's as a DB. they are FREAKS!

yeah i can do it. ive been able to do it since i was 3 years old. wow a shotgun snap is sooooooooo difficult. holy crap. also according to gobblerfan02, you can judge a team by watching highlights on tv. i noticed cuero looked sloppy with shotgun snaps and i was just pointing it out. so theres always a 66.6666667% chance cuero's qb will have to make a randy moss type catch to haul in the snap.

thanks dude. good luck to bay city as well. they had one hell of a tough schedule and alot of inexperience. its hard to imagine a bay city team winless this deep into the season. im sure things will turn around quickly for u guys.

magicman...i just want you to know this....the shotgun snap can be a very dificult thing for someone to get down....i mean yea... in normal clothes u can bend down and pitch a ball between your legs.... but i want to see you bend down IN FULL PADS and snap the ball while taking ur setup step to make your block... i got a paycheck that says you cant do it perfect every time you do it...so shut up

Man, Magicman you sure dont like the Gobblers do ya..... Well either way... first post... I agree... thats exactly what the Gobblers needed. A game to rest up.. get healthy and not be trying to play hurt to squeeze out the "W"

You guys need to use the IGNORE feature,, I guarantee - it is SO NICE...... I refuse to lower myself to certain posters' level.. Especially one's that QUIT football and still mouth about those that are out there busting butt........ DANG, I did what I said I wouldn't do...... oh well........
