The package has been delivered to the man in blue, he has taken it and promised that if I give him 87 coins he will move that package for an undisclosed time to the city of stephenville. He will be putting it in a predetermined spot that you have set up. Enclosed in this package will be another package and some instructions. You will also find a pictures of "peppers" in the package, treat that with care.
