Long term. Put a box of white rasins in a mason jar and cover with gin. Let them soak for at least a week. Take 8 to 10 rasins per night before going to bed. After a couple of weeks, you will not have the joint pain.

I think that I am going to try that. Can I substitute Prunes for Raisins? 8 to 10 of those a night soaked in Gin should do the job.
