No the shocker was not my birth but was to occur later in the year. I remember listening to the game as my parents had the radio on by my crib. This was the Army vs Navy game. Army was highly ranked that year and highly favored as they came into the game. Army came into the game with all wins that year while Navy had come on hard times and had lost all of their games last year. In a surprising tough game which shows that you can throw the records away in this game Navy tied mighty Army that day 21 to 21. This ended their seasons. Army still hadn't lost a game and Navy still hadn't won a game. Oh the irony of fate.
