Official ruling: he was ROMMED at the time of the voting, therefore he was eligible. No ifs, ands, or buts.

I say if we did a new updated poll jason should still be on it... AND should still win... the damage has been done folks, he will have to live with the ROM tag for the rest of his life, rommy or no rommy...
