What happened?
RICHARDSON--Forney combined for a punishing first half rushing attack and testy defensive pressure for four quarters to upset Richardson Pearce 30-23. Peter Smith 116 rushing yards-90 in the first half-led the ground attack for Forney which recovered an onside kick with less than a minute left in the game to deny a late Richardson Pearce comeback attempt. Forney's defense sacked Richardson Pearce quarterback Michael Morse more than ten times. Morse finished the game 22 of 40 passing with 243 yards.
