T Glenn looking good. Bledsoe is still throwing off his back foot. Good thing this is against the titans.

In a situation like that you just gotta let time heal it. lol You can't rush an injury like that.

Too bad VY will "never be an NFL quarterback". Didn't look too shabby to me.

I'm confused as to who to cheer for! I want Vince to have that 4th quarter comeback scenario seems good but I do not want the Cowboys to lose!!!

Shouldn't be all that much of a problem. Vince can still do well, but the outcome will depend on the Dallas offense.

Or on the Titans defense.

It's one of these situations.....

Love the Young haters coming out of the woodwork. IT IS HIS FIRST GAME AS A STARTER...He has looked good at times, bad at times, and confused at times...He is going to be all rightas the season continues.

So i'm a VY hater because my favorite team just happens to be playing him. I could care less who the qb is as long as the cowboys win.

Actually, since he seems to be proving all those jealous haters wrong, you probably won't hear much from them now. Vince has not had that bad a day considering he's going up against one of the NFL's best defenses. He will do better in the near future, no doubt.

Poor Vince now he's having a terrible day. Hopefully they'll stick with him, he just needs a few games under his belt.

Go Cowboys! :D

Young had a decent game in his first start. He looks to have a good future ahead of him, but with his talent, who would think he wouldn't

Let's see 2 interceptions was it? And a fumble nearly returned by Pat Watkins. He is still real raw. He is talented but needs lots of polish. He will learn he can't outrun these defenses today in the NFL. Go Cowboys!

it was not dumb because it can happen, but it wont, Vince Young maybe not right away but will show he is a NFL QB that can play in this league for many years.

Aside from that interception that Bledsoe threw in the first, the Cowboys were awesome. The running game was running on all cylinders, the pass game was good, and the defense kept VY contained. Next week will be there true test in Philly.

Only really 2 horrible plays by Vince all day. The bad INT which got returned for a TD was a really bad decision. . .you have to throw that one away. Then, the play where he got the ball stripped from behind and they returned it to like the 5 yrd line. He's got to learn to hold the ball better when he takes off.

Other than that he played pretty well for his first start. The pick by Aaron Glenn was just a great play jumping the route. Also. . .the Titans stink and the Cowboys are looking like the class of the NFC. Oh wait. . .I guess I'm being a "Vince apologist".

We all know he needs work and now he's got 4 quarters of every game to get that work in.

In other news. . .Matt "The Golden Boy" Leinart got into the game versus the Falcons and promptly fumbled a handoff.... ;)

Definitely. He's bigger, faster, stronger and will probably be just as good throwing the ball once he gets used to the game and gets the system down.

I've been really surprised at all the hype McNair has been getting since moving to the Ravens. I don't think he's had 200 yards passing in a game yet. He's just a serviceable QB that won't totally screw it up and lose the game for you like Boller.....

Exactly. All they need is a serviceable QB with that defense of theirs. Still, they play in the AFC where the majority of the top teams in the league play. Hope they have fun getting past the Bengals, Patriots, Colts, Steelers, etc.

The Steelers have played some good teams early in the season and they're the defending champs. It's just rude to not mention them as part of the top teams in the AFC.

Also, just back on the Vince thing. I think he looked calm in the pocket all day and has progressed very well.

An interesting stat. . .Alex Smith, the #1 draft pick a year ago had 1 TD pass in 12 games. Vince already has 2 TD passes. Alex Smith also scored a 38 on the Wonderlic. . .just food for thought. Vince will be fine.

they struggled against the dolphins who lost to the TEXANS today. granted david carr is the top rated passer in the NFL, houston isnt very good. then they got shut out by the jags who just lost to the mighty redskins. then they lost to the bengals at home who got destroyed by the patriots at home. big ben has been terrible this year. maybe i'll eat my words but i doubt the steelers make the playoffs this year.

Well, the point of my post wasn't that the Steelers were an elite team. . .it was that the Ravens are going to have a tough time in the AFC with all the good football teams there. McNair, while good, is way past his prime. Also, he's always gotten favorable media attention and I think he's not a swell a guy as he's made out to be. He got pulled over a few years ago for a DUI and a loaded handgun....
