Without Tre and Quincy out there, the offense seemed a little sluggish. The running game stayed solid.

I honestly think the game would not have been that close had tre and quincy been out their on defense. couple the loss of those two with a rusty domingo and Ace's first game, 4 of your 5 in the defensive backfield are not up to the level they needed to be for this game.

Also, good job by kyle taking one for the team and playing some D late in the 2nd half.
Note to coach reeve: don't let him play defense anymore!

I took pictures of all the injured last night for the scrapbook. Kind of morbid, but trying to document the year. In the end it will be a wonderful story of how the team overcame so much adversity and how players stepped up and filled the gaps.
We’re praying that they all make a full recovery and can come back before playoffs. We will be okay just a little shaken at the moment. Need to take some deep breaths regroup and let our kids show us what their made of.
To the injured, lift up your teammates show them that you have confidence in them.
To the team, lift up the injured and encourage them to keep their heads up, to work hard at physical therapy, and get back to their game when they are healthy.

Our team is really flat right now and the old injury bug has hit. That's ok because we will be a better team in the long run having been tested by these close games, and getting more players in the mix. BTW the Gilmer bandwagon is an easy one to jump on. You'll Be Sorry :D
