You are correct... but not because the cards are getting smashed... because the astros are 1 game back... so yah, miracle to stay 1.5 games back :p :D

The Stro's won today and by the look's of things the Card's are going to lose .....what is it now 1/2 back with 4 to go ?

yup, half game... hope they can keep it up...

I don't know how many games are left but for some reason I'm thinking the cards play one more game than the 'stros because of a make-up game?

I'm not a huge Astros fan, but I was there in late April when they took the Dodgers to 14 innings winning 3-2. It was possibly the most boring game until the end. But since the Rangers are done this year, I sure do hope the Astros make a run at it and take on St. Louis in a 1 game playoff. I can't believe how far they've come since the break. Wouldn't that be sweet; 1 game to see who represents the Central for the playoffs. Go Astros.

i'd rather the cards just keep losing and us win teh division outright w/o the one game playoff...that way our pitching staff is set for the playoffs.....
