:foul: Man I've been painting my family room/ dining area/ kitchen (it's all one big room) for the past 3 days and it sux. Yesterday I not only disconected the computer but I also cut the phone line so I'm not sure when I'm going to get that up and running again. The plan is to move the computer to a different wall. I won't be able to get the new phone line run until I get finished with everything else. Therefore, my downlow time will have to suffer for the next couple of days. At least I have every bit of the first coat finished. I'm hoping the second coat goes faster but I have had to return to work so it may get spread out over several days to finish. My wife had better make all this work worth it!!!

And that is why I have an airless sprayer, it moves paint sooooo fast I can barely keep moving fast enough to not cover too heavy, man those walls and ceilings paint fast.

last spring my wife an I bought our first home. it is 91 years old...and needs some more work.

we ahve gutted the kitchen and mover some walls and electircal. -- but up sheetrock....cielings are a real mother.
- taped and floated
- painted
- layed tile...floors and backsplash
- refinshed some hardwood floors.

lots of fun stuff.

it is work...but is fun and nice knowing that we did it...of course we have had some help...but most of it was us.
