who was the guy that started the thread im done the astros? Everyone said all year the astros have played terrible all year but there still around. They said if they get hot there going to make the playoffs I guess they could be right. I hope they catch the cards

I threw in the towel on them a couple of weeks ago. I mean, 8 games out with 13 left? It's over in most anyone's mind. This could be beyond miraculous if they pull it off.

We all owe that guy a collective thank you! That might have been what put everything in motion. The Astros feed off of negative thinking. With that said, there's no way they can catch the Cards. They're just too good and the Astros need to sweep the pirates and the Bravos :)

I really was pulling for them to make a run and take the wild card by storm, but now I just think it is time to look forward to next year and let some of the call-ups get some more playing time. Astros 07!!!!!!

If they do pull this off, which I am hoping they do, it will be the best tasting crow ever!
