The sin that they might commit is likely unforgiveable.

The sweet irony of the whole thing is that if the Cards do choke their way out of the playoffs, it will be Pujols getting asked all the questions this time, not Lidge and the Astros getting asked about Pujols.

That's right, the Astros need to keep winning but they still have to have help.

The half gam is in the loss column so the astro's chances arent all that great...The Astro's have to be just about perfect....and dont forget if necessary the cards have a game to make up with the Giants

Hirsh? he's up agains Chacon who's been dreadful. He couldn't even stick to the Yankees rotation.

Hirsh was in AA this year... with the Hooks. A good young pitcher.

The last 2 times the Astros have faced Chacon they've put up double digits.

Ok - for a second I thought you were implying the Astros should take Chacon to the woodshed. We all know he's one tough hurler and we'll be lucky to scratch out a run against him. :)

The last 2 times they faced him he gave up 7 runs. That means he'll probably pitch a shutout tonight...

I don't think St. Louis has any hopes of winning the division
