Monahans by 7-10 points. Graham started to make some strides on offense though on Friday. Yes Glen Rose is a weak opponent...but the Graham offense is all about rhythm and timing and they are continuing to improve.

I'm thinking Monahans by at least 2TDs.

I would say 17-20+

If you saw 28-14 you would call it a "good win."
If you see 35-14 you would consider it a "big win."
If you saw Tech 59 A&M 26...it would just be another day at the office! ;)

That's what I was wondering. I voted my "at least 2 TDs" as big.

I want Graham to win, obviously, but I picked Monahans by a little; 2 TD's or less. Graham played a pretty solid game all the way around Friday against a below-average Glen Rose team. They had 2 pics that I remember and I think they had another. The secondary has improved since the beginning of the season. The problem I saw was when the running backs would kick it outside, the Graham outside defense wasn't fast enough to get there to make the stop, or they just couldn't shed their blocks, until the back picked up about 4 or 5 yards. The young QB only had 1 pick, and I think it was again when he was trying to thread the needle a bit too much and force the pass in there. He was doing much better about not throwing it away and progressing through his receivers as he didn't do too well against Wylie, but still knew when he needed to throw it away and not risk forcing the ball to the receivers. Graham is steadily coming around. They should be ready to go come time for district.

if graham is lacking speed on defense then they are in trouble on friday. also monahans usually does not give you time to go through progressions. if mccoy can run, graham will be able to compete. if he can't then it may get ugly.

I pick the Loboes in this one but Graham is tougher than we think, and they run a offense that gives Lobo staff nightmares. But it is a good tune up game before district starts for both teams. Loboes by 10.

Who is the home team.

Me to. Could easily be 3 or 4 I think. The Graham D will be on the feild 3/4 of this game.

Graham has the speed in the secondary, but it's the linebackers that I worry about. I know the Graham LB, jr. Trevor Sparks is pretty good as he was new comer of the year of all-district I believe as a sophomore, but I guess we'll see come Friday night. I might make it out Friday night if I don't have too much class work. It should be a good game.

Ross well what the problem with Sparks is that he isnt going to pass i dont think and 2 other linebackers!! SO its not looking good!
