Hey what was the final on the JV game?

It turned out to be 22-20 Buna. The "Dirty Dozen" held their own with 14 players against a team with 30 players. Remember they have moved up another Running back and also moved up Soph. Quarterback Ben Myers to the varsity. Ben, QB'ed a lot of the second half against Kountze Varsity. He is a dandy! I look for him to break Wayne Brint's 1000 yard passing record(1960) next season. Don't worry if Knight goes down, Ben can carry the load pretty well. I watched that left-handed 9th grade QB last night he is the best I can remember as a Freshmen. As we talked before, we might experience a slight slump at the first of next year, but look out when both these Soph's. and Freshmen are Seniors!
