PLC beat a decent Yoakum team last week. They don't look bad at all. Talked to Izzy and Ingleside looks like maybe they overlooked PLC. With that new coach he just might be what they needed. Iz didn't say that last part, I did.

Wow, guess missing those starters finally caught up to the 'Stangs. I wouldn't worry. They'll bounce back.

one extremely bad call that led to a td, plus a total breakdown of the offensive line plus piss-poor tackling by the defense equals us getting our butts handed to us.

Port Lavaca Calhoun Sandcrabs hmm the Pirates play them in two weeks after Robstown. Now looks like tough games ahead:(

I agree... We were outcoached and outplayed. This is not the Mustangs that played Miller and TM. They really need to regroup and work those offensive kinks out. I am not trying to take anything away from PLC because they handed our arses to us.

PLC looked pretty sharp, Mustangs looked flat. The D was on the field most of the second half and looked plain tired. Everytime the O took the field, they turned the ball over in some form or fashion. I was impressed w/ PLCs size. Especially their QB. He was a big tall bruiser of a kid that Ingleside just simply couldnt stop. I dont know how many times I saw him run a keeper or a draw and go for 10 or more yards. I would have to say PLC is a diff. team then we're used to seeing down there, but then again, I also have to say, Ingleside wasnt the same team theyve been for the past two weeks either. It was ugly, thats bout it....plain ugly. Honestly though, I think this might of been just what the Mustangs needed to get them focused and bring their heads out of the clouds. I suspect that is in part what gave them this loss....they went in over confident and got caught off guard by a decent PLC team, paniced and then was never able to regain the reigns. Thats just my opinion from what I saw of the game....no flameage please :)
