I'm not trying to sound sour from last week if thats how its coming off. After watching both teams play, I truly think Vernon is better.

Well they did match up. The Eagles can let out some air after sqeeking this one out.

After tonight Vernon holds a 7-2-1 record over Decatur. Just for the record.

From what I saw tonight this Decatur team is no where close to the ones I have seen the past several years.

Not meant as dispespect but respect to those of years past.

Probably the same can be said of Vernon's team.
