There's a reason why the AP poll doesn't matter anymore. With all the morons voting in that thing with their biases it was getting to be such a joke they had to pull it.

Good news is, most of the teams above Texas have a good shot at losing before the season ends. Definitely Michigan or tOSU, definitely Auburn or Florida as well.

My guess is Texas will be #5 or #6 in the coaches poll that comes out on Monday.
