one of game rituals is more of a rule once my hat goes on it doesn't come off ti8ll i am back in the feild house at the end of the game.its a great way to keep focused

I put my pads on the same way, in the same order of snaps and buckles, at the same time beore each game. Then after the team meetings I go and sit in a secluded place and go over all my reads again. I've been doing it since my sophomore year. It makes me focus.

one day after a pep rally me and my buddy went to the store for some food. We didnt want to eat heavy so we got some muffins and milk. We both had interceptions that game and i had a sack 2 fumbles caused and a handfull of other tackles. Since then we have carried on the tradition of muffins and milk.
