They will give haynes a couple of years but he probably wont be here long (if they handle it like they did armstrong) because after this year there is a drop off in talent...there is actually quite a bit of talent on this team its just gonna take some time hopefully there is enough time

Yea, this is his 1st yr at the helm, I think they will give him a few yrs to get things turned around.

Im sure Fairfield had a lot interested in the head coaching job, it seems like it should be desirable job. Its hard to believe Haynes was the best they could do.
