there is the difference. VY could run. ALso, How did VY complete 18 passes for 270 yards and get a 15 yds/completion (which is correct) and Colt get 19 passes for 154 yards and have a 14.8 yda/completion? Isnt that like 8 yds/completion?

u are correct i took my last thread of Vince vs colt and i forgot to update that section. it is 8.1 yds/completions

Oh I do too, for his first big game he did great. But right now, he is not the kind of player VY is. Who is to say he doesnt end up better?

You can't expect him to be Vince Young. No QB in college this year is like Vince Young more or less even touch the level Vince played at. Colt McCoy will create his own legacy at Texas.

I agree!! I think that Colt will be great even by the OU game!! What i didn't like was the play calling the didn't run the ball enough and the passes that were called were not aggressive enough!!! IF Limas catches that jump ball in the endzone early in the fourth that could have changed the tempo of the game!! Why they did go back to that i have no clue!!! And i think that the defense was so afraid to give up the big play that they gave up way too much cushion to the wide outs!!! they should have been jammed the SH#t out of Tedd Ginn and Gonzales and not let them get off the ball so easily!! Not having Terrell brown hurts us more than i thought!!!

The key point of the game was Billy Pittmans fumble on the two yard line. If Texas scored first I think the outcome of the game would be totally different.

Thats true!!! But if we could have made it 17-14 and pinned tsou back i think we could have won if we ran down their throat b/c i don't think we did enough of that!!!

No excuses though WE LOST!! But we did have out chances and when you play the #1 team in the nation you can't miss your chanes like we did!! Like the fumble on the 2 and Limas drop in the endzone "which was a good play by the tsou db" I wanted to slap Corso last night b/c he said Texas would not win the big 12 and that they didn't play good!! Texas will be Ok and have a big chance to make a BCS game IMO!!

I wasn't making an excuse I'm just saying that the fumble was played a huge role in how the game went.
