That is an impressive win by Ingleside over Miller. We have to remember in 1960 (when 4A was the highest classification) that Miller won the State Championship in football. And in 1963 (I think) they were state runner ups.

Way to go Mustangs. I'm starting to get a little nervous about our match up this year. Just keep doing what you are doing and we'll see you guys in a few weeks.

Correction
Ingleside 37 Miller 7

We had a player injuryed badly. Poss neck injury Please remember him in your prayers tonight. Aaron Trujilo was taken to Driscoll by ambulance (then heard later by Hilo en route but not positive. Just keep him in your thoughts that he might have got a stringer(feeling tingling in his hands and feet from what I heard)

Miller played an excellent game. Good Luck to them in the season.

Go Big Blue. Work Hard, Play Hard, and Believe.

It is true that Miller was State Champions in 1960 and runner ups in 1963. Ray won State in 1959. Also Miller was known as Corpus Chrisit HS at one time and they were runner ups in 1934!

Very impressive indeed!

I can't wait till the Sinton game. That one should be a classic... but we have to keep it up.

Great win tonight, Stangs.

Ingleside had 5 starters out and yes the other player that got hurt last night, Aaron Trujillo, was a starter as well.
