Ninfa's on Research and Georgian rocks! Try their banana margs.
Others worthy trying:
Tika's Greek Food in shopping center near 183/Anderson Mill
Shady Grove - peanut butter pie

Didn't Double Dave's get bought out? THere pizza rolls ruled!

Other votes go to Player's, Hut's, Freebird's, that diner place with the Janis Joplin history (name escapes me), Baby A's, and the Taco Bell on Riverside. :D

Threadgill's - but the one on North Lamar is WAY better than the one on Riverside across from Auditorium shores.

The one on Riverside did. I went to the one on San Jacinto by the campus two months ago.

SAMS BBQ on 12th street is the best i have ever had. It is about as big as a garage and I would not advise any of you to go at night, but it is terrific.

Isnt it supposed to be real good? Never been there, but I saw it featured on the food network a few days ago.

When I go to Austin, I always have to atleast eat at Freebirds, The Spaghetti Warehouse, and Jack n the Box.

Sgetti Warehouse is just nasty now. I got a salad there several months ago and it didn't have one tomato in it and the waiter acted like I was requesting a free meal when I asked if they could add one.
