Give Dan Hawkins a couple of years, he will right the ship. I've always had a liking for CU.

the new AD at CU seems to have Colorado athletics on a path of self-destruction...maybe their view is beyond my grasp but they have disbanded some very sucessful (yet not as profitable) teams and run their profitable and sucessful sports into the gutter...

More bad news for Colorado as they are defeated by Colorado State 14 to 10.

CSU led by former Forney QB Caleb Hanie

"The Rams' fortunes improved Saturday thanks to a defense that limited Colorado to 28 yards in the second half and Hanie's precision passing. He was 20-for-23 -- with two throwaways and just one bad throw all day -- for 233 yards and a touchdown. "

Also 3a Colorado State defensive back Mike Pagnotta (No. 13) played a great game and got two key sacks on blitzes late in the fourth quarter. He is a sophomore from Illinois and from the way he played he will probably be a pro star someday.
