Rockdale Freshman out scored the Caldwell Freshman 34-12 in Caldwell Thursday night. After going up 34-0 early in the third quarter the Hornets mounted a long scoring drive and then held the second team offense 3 and out and returned the punt for a score.

The Tiger JV was desimated by injuries earlier in the week and lost 2 two-way starters at QB and at WR in the first quarter of the game tonight. Left with only 15 healthy players they lost 33-6 to a good Caldwell team.

I know this isn't 3A, But the school whereI coach at all won last night. The 8th Grade defeated Frost 12-6 and The JV defeated them 21-0. The JV is largely made up of Freshman that didn't wing a game a seventh Graders or eigth Graders. They were plenty excited and deserved this victory.
