UT Soccer Ladies Beat No. 13 Illinois 1 - 0!!

Another great win indeed as our ladies had already beat No. 3 Penn State 2 - 1 Friday night. Below is our goalie Dianna Pfenninger who played a great game and made 4 saves in the double overtimes. This was a tough defensive match but UT finally scored a goal by Kelsey Carpenter with 6:01 left in the second overtime. Great weekend Ladies! Way to go Lady Horns!!

The Lady Aggies also had success against these two ranked teams beating Illinois 2 - 0 and tying Penn State on Sunday 1 - 1.
The Lady Aggies outplayed Penn State but could only score one goal and had to settle for a tie.

Not a bad weekend for the two Texas teams (UT and A&M) playing 4 games against ranked opponents this weekend and getting a 3 win 1 tie record against them. And the one tie game the Lady Aggies actually had outplayed the other team.
