I was reading the Collier-Sharp site regaring playoffs. I couldn't believe some of the teams that have not made the playoffs...ever! Why does this happen? Diamond Hill-Jarvis, Whitesboro, Early...man they have been down for a long time! Do any of you know why certain teams seem to be down year after year?
