I don't know why he confessed now unless he was in trouble in Thailand and wanted to get away or if he was trying to get setup for some book and tv money for himself or his family. We will have to wait to see the outcome.

I wonder why if they have DNA they never checked (that I know of) the parents and brother just to be certain.
