I like it.
The team to watch out for in this region is Bandera. Mark it down.

We play LaVernia this Friday. Our scouts came back and reported LaVernia didn't impress them at all, so is their district that weak or are our scouts just biased!! :D

September 15th. Cuero @ Bandera. If what you are saying is true, this should be one heckuva game.

Wow, I am getting so excited.. some real, tangible football talk :) We play La Vernia on Sept 29th... I think they are in 4 team district, but I don't know too much about them. Some friends of ours were on the way back from San Antonio last Saturday and stopped by and watched La Vernia scrimmage and it seems they weren't "too impressed" either, but it was the 1st scrimmage. Lots of things can change after a few games.

Looks like there is a great possibility that we could see matchups of Wimberley vs Medina Valley/Hondo and Bandera/Pleasanton in the 2nd round of the playoffs....hmmmm:eek:

Where will Sinton, Zapata, and Ingleside sit in all this? I think Cuero & Wimberley are the teams to beat but they will meet up in Division II.
