End of day three and im still kickin! Gettin alot done too, have alooooooooooooooot of energy. Sometimes I get head aches and stuff but its an mmmm good diet so far!

All the colors are tasting the same but I like the blue cuz it makes fun colors and stuff. I like the regular Mt Dew. I get to have Guiness on this diet too so that keeps the grain in me!

I don't know how you take your Guinness but personally I like it at about 60 degrees. Just a little bit cooler than room temp. Brings out the flavors in the beer.

Im not gonna need any medical attention. Half way thru it and still going strong. I might sneak a saltine for lunch though
