One of our freshman players tore his miniscus several days ago. While getting his knee checked out, they discovered a problem with his heart. He apparently has two natural pacemakers, which causes his heart to race at times. I spoke with him a few minutes Friday night at "Meet the Panthers". He will undergo surgery Sept. 22 (I believe is what he said) to burn one of them off. Please keep this young man and his family in your prayers during the next few weeks.
