When we left our neck of the woods last weekend to go up to New Braunfels it was around 2.89... got up to NB it was around 2.83ish to about 2.79ish... up near Canyon lake it was 2.54

the prices down where you're at are always cheeper though...

I went down to Kingsville the day after the LH/Cuero game last year and made sure I didn't fill up because gas was about 13 or so cents cheeper down there...

I've was in Austin for about 5 days and the cheapest gas I found was $2.69. On the way home last night I noticed gas prices averaged about $2.63+ all the way to Beeville. The minute I got to St. Paul gas dropped to $2.41 and I couldn't believe it. I hate having to fill up anywhere but home.

Yeah. It's hard to believe we're excited about $2.4X gas!

On another note, I watched the movie "The Pickup Artist" last night on the Fox Movie Channel and noticed at one point they pulled up to a gas station and the price was $0.95/gallon.
AHHHH... those were the days.

it is 2.54 in Caldwell which works for me... one thing that i always look at is gasbuddy.com you can go in there and put your zip code or search by town and see what gas prices are around town. The only catch is that somebody has to report the prices, so some towns have prices and some towns dont. You can also sign up to report the prices and you are supposed to get like some gas rebates or something.

in my opinion...thats what the government wants us to do....now that we are excited about prices at or around $2.50 all of a sudden its not a problem. It was a major problem when it got over 1.80 and wow....how mad was everybody when it got over $2?
