It's Friday. What is you favorite fried fish or seafood? How do you like it fried?

Catfish or rainbow trout
Cornmeal + salt & pepper-dropped into about 375deg peanut oil.
Eat with half n half catsup w/horseradish mix

Coleslaw
French fries
Iced tea or Ice cold beer of your choice...

I bet some of you Gulf coast folk can tell me how this is done right.........

I ate at Cotton Patch in Frisco last night. Surprisingly good catfish there ... but my tartar sauce is better. They should have offered pinto beans, but the blackeyed peas were excellent. The only thing that would have made it better is sweet tea.

Fresh crappie is the best, but I do love some good catfish.
Fried taters, good sweet cole slaw, and spicey red beans with jalepeno cornbread, and keep my glass full of fresh brewed iced tea.
If I ever have the misfortune of having to chose a last meal, this one might just be the one I'd choose.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMM..........mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!

Speckled trout fried crisp, fries and beans. Peach cobbler with a couple of scoops of homemade vanilla Blue Bell. Sweet tea. And a nap.
